Public Records

The Official Public Records of Coryell County are available in the County Clerk’s office during the regular office hours of the County Clerk. This includes All Deed Records, Deeds of Trust, Liens and Abstracts of Judgment and the Release of these instruments.

Official Public Records that have been digitized are also available on the internet with iDocket.com and may be searched and viewed by the restrictions set forth by that company.

Miscellaneous Records such as Official Bonds, Occupational Bonds, Plats, Military Discharge Records, Lis Pendens, Writ of Attachment, Brands, Estrays, Assumed Name Certificates, County Surveyor’s Records, Marriage Records and County Birth and Death Records when not restricted by State Law may also be searched during the office hours of the Clerk.

Official Public Records that have been digitized are also available on the internet with iDocket.com and may be searched and viewed by the restrictions set forth by that company.

Misdemeanor Records, Probate Records and Civil and Family Law records that are not subject to restrictions by law may also be viewed in the County Clerk’s Office during the regular office hours.  They may also be searched and viewed on iDocket.com by the restriction Commissioners’ Court records may be viewed in the County Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
